The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. the complimentary wake-up service and ironing were great perks. Our room was immaculately clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable, making for a wonderful stay.

Easy check in and great service overall. Breakfast with hard boiled eggs and sausage, as for instance. Location really close to restaurants and attractions, a lengthy bike path that was great for a run, and eateries and places...

The location was marvellous and quiet - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was set in an entertaining area.

The breakfast could have had more of a variety like fresh fruit and healthier bread and bagels.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was a plus. Loved the eggs, yogurt and bisquits and gravy. Seemed very clean and updated.

Pool was a little on the cool side. The side doors need awnings for the smokers so we are not being dripped on. Also, no hotwater in the early am for showers.

The brand, new rooms at Grandstay Hotel & Suites Of Traverse City were fantastic , the beds and pillows were super comfortable. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. I appreciated the private safe, multi, channel television, and microwave in the room.

The hotel had a marvelous location close to everything with modern rooms. the staff was very courteous. Really enjoyed the room with comfortable beds and pillows. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. the property was right by a lengthy bike path, mini golf, and the real downtown area.
